To make 1 Litre you will need:
Approx 1kg of Rhubarb to make 600g trimmed weight
300g Caster Sugar
1 Litre Vodka, plus more if needed

How to make it:
Chop the rhubarb and divide it between the two jars.
Add 150g Sugar to each Jar
Put the lids on and shake well.
Pour 500ml of vodka into each jar (it should fill each jar… if not add some more).
Close the lids and place somewhere cool and dark for at least 6 weeks… and up to 6 months.
If you remember try to shake the jars every day, or every other day, for the first month or so.
When ready strain into a jug, then pour into your bottles.
Add a little gold leaf, for decoration and then decorate your bottles.
